1. Archives management:

Through the RFID and barcode scanning function of PDA, the information can be collected on the barcodes and labels of important accounting documents such as collateral, seal card, account data, bills, certificates of deposit, etc., and then the functions of filing, calling, querying and inventory can be realized.

2. Fixed assets management:

RFID tags are attached to fixed assets, and RFID scanning function of PDA is used for management such as inventory and stock of fixed assets. There is no need to look for physical assets and labels, so as to avoid errors and omissions caused by manual search and record.

3. Bank cash box management:

Through the scanning code and RFID, 2.4G active module functions of PDA, the bar code or label on the bank cash box can be used for cash box handover, storage and inventory management.

4. Material inventory

Inventory personnel carry scanning devices, select corresponding inventory sheets, review tasks, and proceed to designated locations for scanning. During the process, scanning product labels automatically verifies against system records. Incorrect entries trigger alerts without updating inventory counts, while accurate data is displayed on the interface with real-time updates – effectively preventing missed or erroneous counts. Upon completion, both inventory reports and stock discrepancy statements are generated.

5. Material scrapping

The material is in a state of scrap. After the equipment is submitted to the warehouse and taken out, the warehouse makes the release process, and the equipment is untied.
